Ride the train from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, and back. The one-way ride can take a approximately 1.5 hours from Santa Fe to Albuquerque Downtown. You'll be going through 6 Zones, which means you will pay $10 one-way or get a day pass for $11 to include the return trip. Runs 7 days a week, except certain Holidays. You can take a free bus from ABQ Sunport to Downtown ABQ to connect to train. But before relying on the bus/train from ABQ to Santa Fe, we highly recommend you double check the schedules by going to their website link.

Click website link for fares, schedule, and bus connections at each depot. Children 9 and under ride for FREE. Reduced fares are available for qualifying passengers. Passengers can purchase their ticket online prior to boarding or while onboard the train from a ticket agent. If using a credit card for payment, passengers must show a valid photo I.D.

New Mexico Rail Runner Express Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Seating is available on a first come - first served basis. Purchasing a ticket in advance online does not guarantee a seat. (But it's rare that it'll be overcrowded.)

Ride any ABQ RIDE, Santa Fe Trails or Rio Metro bus for FREE when you show the driver your valid Rail Runner Express printed or mobile ticket!
