Located just off the Historic Plaza. Since 1977, visit one of the country's oldest year-round Christmas stores, carrying the ultimate selection of unique, New Mexico ornaments and nativities. You know those fun chile ristra strings of lights? Well, those began here at The Shop many years ago... Stop by! It's a fun experience for kids of ALL ages -- any time of year!

The Shop is a local and visitor favorite, stocked to the gills with EVERYTHING Christmas you’d expect, and a ton more your imagination hasn’t thought of yet.

Established in 1977, The Shop originally was an antique store with a locally crafted Christmas Ornament corner. Each year since, the corner expanded to eventually take over the entire store, becoming one of the country’s oldest year-round Christmas Stores.

The Shop offers a large assortment of Christmas ornaments, Nativities and Santas — many exclusively crafted for The Shop by as many as 45 local New Mexico artists.

You’ll also find thousands of unique, hand-crafted ornaments by leading designers from around the world, and a wide variety of festive lights, and decorations for most Holiday occasions.
