Blue Heron restaurant serves all day brunch and dinner daily. Featuring inspired dishes infused with local and regional flavors, incorporating seasonal ingredients from the Ojo Farm. Offering waterside dining, both indoors and outdoors, as well as takeout orders.

At The Blue Heron Restaurant our Chef crafts inspired dishes infused with local flavor and tradition, featuring seasonal, crave-worthy cuisine incorporating the freshest ingredients from the Ojo Caliente Farm and local Southwest region.

Located on the historic Camino Real de Tierra Adentro (the royal road of interior land), a short 20-minute drive southwest of downtown Santa Fe, The Blue Heron restaurant offers indoor dining in a warm, inviting atmosphere, as well as seasonal outdoor waterside seating (weather permitting).

Our starters, mains, desserts, and beverages are available for take-out for your enjoyment in-room or al fresco, excluding pool areas.
